Who Am I?

I am Pink ( yes like the color) , an Illustrator, 2D Animator, Graphic designer, and planner enthusiast of seven years, but if you're here, you already knew at least that much. So why a blog you may ask and what even make you qualified to teach me? All questions I hope you asked prior to opening this very first blog post.

First, why a blog? Choosing a blog is something special to me. I love reading and writing and I have since I was a kid. I'd read multiple books a month, as a child, both fiction and nonfiction. When I was given access to the internet I started reading blogs(, and maybe Wattpad but we don't talk about that.) English was my favorite until they started adding these arbitrary structures into our writing but here I have free reign. Free reign to not follow a structure or grammar rules as they have been laid out but have a flow of words for the enjoyment of the readers.

Second, why should you even listen to me? I have been doing years of research for this. This being how to improve your artistic journey through nurturing your creativity and planning your time to become a professional artist. It is something I have wanted my whole life to be a career artist of some sort. As a child I would write that I wanted to be an art teacher since it was the only position I knew was feasible for artists. Now that I am so close to my dream I want to share all of the knowledge I have collected so people have a one stop shop to learn from someone they hopefully relate to.

Last, why me, what makes me so "special"? Like I said, I have watched organization and artist content for years. It's a saturated place, full of wonderful talented creators. All with their cute aesthetic minimalism is great and all but I rarely saw someone like me. A colorful maximalist with interests other than travel and a beige plant filled aesthetic. A person with interests in alternative fashion, who collects things, plays games, is a huge anime and animation fan who is tackling many hats and not always in the most perfect way. Because lack of perfection is standard.

I hope you're willing to stick around and take this journey with me. Where we will all grow and learn together. This post is small since it is meant to just be a small synopsis as I am in a transitionary position in life right now. I will be posting almost consistently on Fridays at 11 am along as on the paired Instagram to notify you. On the Instagram you can find cute infographics on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, as well as almost daily vlogs shared on the reels. Our YouTube will also have a smaller funnier more go getter version of the blog info if blogs just aren't for you.
